Severe cleanliness issues, including stains everywhere!!! Missing basic amenities like an iron!!! Unpleasant odors permeating the room!!! Consider thoroughly cleaning the rooms and ensuring all amenities are up to standard!!!

The inviting lobby was easy to navigate and very welcoming. Staff were attentive and quick to assist with my needs, making my stay pleasant. The room was comfortable with good amenities, which I truly appreciated during my visit.

We visited FedEx Field and the MCI Center, which were super close. The rooms were comfy, and we enjoyed the friendly vibe. For future guests, note that breakfast is continental, and early check-in might not be possible, so plan ahead!

We faced a bit of an issue with early check-in. the staff seemed unwilling to help out when we arrived a little early, which was frustrating.
